As scott told me I can add holiday under system>holiday and then unity will automatically use after hour greeting to be as holiday greeting. My question is : Is the greeting I heard will be exactly same as after hour greeting or it will add one more line like " our office is close to observe the statutory holiday." Becasue my customer's holiday greeting has this extra line. If it is then I don't have to use alternate greeting to be as holiday greeting.Thanks.

By default with 2.4.6, it will just play the normal Closed Greeting. If you want to say "happy holidays, we are closed" switch to alternate for that holiday period, then disable it when the holiday is over.

Thanks a lot. What's the new in Unity3.xx of holiday? Is that same or there is a specific holiday handler?

From what I can tell by looking at the docs and SA, it's still the same underlying system.
