Holiday Greetings

I have configured all my holidays in Unity, I have also set my alternative greeting to play a holiday closed greeting. Is there any way to automate Unity to play a particular greeting (or call handler)based on those holiday dates, or must this be done manually?<br><br>

currently this has to be done manually... when a holiday date rolls around all it does is force all the handlers (subscribers, call handlers, interview handlers) to use their "off hours" schedule instead of the "standard" schedule. It'd be nice if a special holiday greeting rule could trigger instead but that's not the case.

I'd encourage you to ping your account team and ask them to stick a feature request in PERS for this... I think a Holiday Greeting rule would be a very handy thing to have...
