Hours

The windows altered the clock because of the summertime, however it is wrong this hour. I canceled the option in the windows and I corrected the hour, but the telephones 7912/7940/7960 don't accept, only the 7970. What can be?

Hi Peterson,

When you update the windows time the update takes a while to flow out to all the phones depending on whether the phone is registered to the Pub or Sub(s).Have a look at the following doc that has great CCM Time sync ideas;

Hello.

We just have Pub. The onlooker is that the 7970 and IP Communicator are with the correct hour but the others 7912/7940/7960 not. I believe that the file TFTP for them to be different.

Have you tried booting any of the affected phones? Might be worth a try.

Yes

I restarted the callmanager also

I also stop/start TFTP Server

I have the same issue. Restarting TFTP/CCM will show results?

Still not getting results... heheh I restarted both the CCM and TFTP services, but nothing...

I changed Time Zone to Buenos Aires and the hours are OK, but is strange, I will have to see the real reason
