How can I make operational which already autoregisterated on device profile

I cannot add an IP phone from <Add a New Phone>. error messages are "MAC is already assigned to the following device ADP000D6507CEA0". I found this name from device profile and it autoregistered. I cannot delete it from device profile.

How can I make operational this IP phone ?

The IP phone successfully registered by enable the "auto-registration" on the System > Call Mananager. looks cannot manually add the IP phone in case of the MAC already on the device profile. please corret me if I've mis-concept.
