Hi, I've just made an idle logo for 7940/7960 but some people don't like to press Exit Softkey when to make a call. How can I make the keypad still active when in idle logo mode.
This is one of the problems/limitations with using þe idle URL. One thing you could do is use the CiscoIPPhoneStatus element rather than the CiscoIPPhoneImage. Since the status object is placed on the 'call pane' that might provide the functionality you are looking for. Note that the image size of the status element is smaller than the image size of the regular image element.
You may want to experiment with it to see if it provides the functionality that you are looking for.
