How Do I Identify a Specific greeting?

I am trying to find the "please hold while I transfer your call" greeting. I found the prompts directory, but does anyone know which specific greeting it is?<br><br>

Cisco does not encourage you from changing prompts. It can cause problems. Also we upgrade all prompts when we do Unity upgrades, so any changes you make will be overwritten.
