How do I monitor if CTI ports are are being used.

Hi.

We are running CM 3.1 4(b) and are using this in conjunction with ARC Console(a reception console) . ARC communicates/monitors and controls a number (150 in our case) of the CTI ports on CallManager. It would be extreemely useful to monitor which ports were be actually used by ARC Console (had calls on them) and which were just idle.

Does anyone know of any applications that can do this ?

Also what is the CTI port weighting for CM 3.14 (b)??

The perfect scenario would be if we could create a graph of the CTI port usage over a period of a day .

Any info would be very much appreciated!!!!!

You can use the "Real Time Monitor Tool" or "Admin Serviceability Tool" in Callmanager servicesability to monitor CTI ports.

Use the devices tab.

You can also use windows performance monitor on the callmanager server. Use the performance object "Cisco Lines" and then select the lines you wish to monitor as the instance:
