How do you interface with your directory using dial by name?
I'm assuming that IPCC searches against the call manager for matches when doing dial by name?
What I'm wondering is if it is possible to search against an external LDAP directory (one that is created & maintained beyond the scope of CM/IPCC) since in my case it is already there and chock full of relevant data.
To rephrase, I would like to have some sort of auto-attendant which searches against 1 or more external directories for dial by name.
