In order to get Cisco IP Telephony Support Specialist certificate, how many exams do we have to take, all the three of CVoice, CIPT, and QoS or one of them?

Hi,

i think you have to make first the "CCNP" exam and than all 3 Voice exams.

Actually CCNP is a fixed prerequisite. Not just the first test of CCNP, and then you must pass CIPT, CVOICE, and DQoS.

All the requirements are detailed on the Cisco Partner E-learning Connection. You have to have CCO login and belong to a registered reseller I think though.

For Field Engineer 1, you need the 3 certifications plus "Telephony Fundamentals" exam at certification.net, you do not need to take the courses to make the exams.
