How? Stop all LD calls and prompt for reason/client codes...
I've got a problem that I'm trying to seek a solution for... Here's what is needed: The user dials a long distance number from the Cisco 7960 and is given a screen prompt (not voice) with a list of reason codes. After selecting a reason code, the user then enters a 3 digit client code afterwhich the call is placed.
Is there a way for a service to be execute after a number is dialed (the client does not want to have to access the service directly by hitting the service button)? How could that number be passed to the service for storage and later use? Is there something else that might work as a possible solution besides a service?
All help and suggestions would serve valuable. Thanks!
