How to add ICD Phone Agent phone service for 7960?

Currently running CRS 3.0(2). The customer would like the ICD phone agent service added to system, for a manual login via the 7960 as an option. Has anyone applied this service, and if so how? Thanks

Take a look through the release notes for version 3.0.2. There are several known bugs/caveats that apply to setting up the phone agent.
