We are fronting calls to a hunt group using a call handler with the standard greeting transferring callers to the hunt group and the closed greeting set to take a message. Basically, we're just using Unity for time of day call routing. There should be nothing heard during standard greeting hours (weekday schedule). The problem is Unity plays a transfer message before it routes callers to the hunt group "Please wait while I transfer your call." While this is nice, callers calling in will be expecting to hear a phone ring. Is there any way to change this to a blank .wav file? It would be nice if we could do it only for this call handler, but it's OK if this change is system wide.
