how to change the ip address bind toCisco DC directory

when install Cisco Desktop Administrtor, the application show " Directory service location 169.254.128.94", this is wrong IP address, how can I change it in DC?

In Desktop Administrator, under Locations, single left-click your installation. At the top, click Setup -> Configure Systems. From here you can enter the primary and secondary directory services servers.
