How to change the promt

At Campolindo High School all incoming calls go to a number 5000 in CM which

forwards it to Unity as in Call Routing we've configured "Attempt transfer

to" 5001 which is the main Operator Console number. 5001 then rolls over to

5002 if busy and so on till 5010.

This was done because they wanted the Auto Attendant to kick in at 4pm for

after hours greeting.

All the callers hear "Please wait while I transfer your call" when they dial

in to the main number before 4pm. Is there any way to modify this message to

"Welcome to Campolindo High School" or if we can add "Welcome to Campolindo High School" before it says "Please wait while I transfer your call".

The easiest way to do this is have your routing rule do a "send to greeting for" to another call handler that has the greeting you want to play recorded in it's alternate greeting (which over rides all the other greetings) and then have it's after greeting action set to "attempt transfer for" 5001.

Also, if you want to get rid of that "please hold on while I transfer your call" prompt, you can - however it's not TAC supported and the change is wiped out on upgrades. Here's a post with the details:
