At Campolindo High School all incoming calls go to a number 5000 in CM which
forwards it to Unity as in Call Routing we've configured "Attempt transfer
to" 5001 which is the main Operator Console number. 5001 then rolls over to
5002 if busy and so on till 5010.
This was done because they wanted the Auto Attendant to kick in at 4pm for
after hours greeting.
All the callers hear "Please wait while I transfer your call" when they dial
in to the main number before 4pm. Is there any way to modify this message to
"Welcome to Campolindo High School" or if we can add "Welcome to Campolindo High School" before it says "Please wait while I transfer your call".
