how to change voip peers to alphanumeric

ive found out that im using h323 and i need to change the dtmf to alphanumeric becouse the key press on some phones are not recognized by unity. How can i do that? what are the steps to change the voip peers?

Hi

You need to go into each peer and enter the command to change to alpahnumeric like so:

conf t

dial-peer voice 5

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

You need to do this on each VoIP dial-peer you have, you can work out which these are by looking at a show runn or show dial-peer voice summary.
