I don't believe there is a way to do that through the BAT tool. However, if you have the data from the original BAT import, you can simply change the numbers there using a search and replace, delete the phones from the database in CCMAdmin, and import using BAT again.
Or, if you are using CCM 3.3 and BAT 4.4, you can use the BAT Export tool to export the phones, then modify the data as needed, delete the phones, and re-import again.

I aggree with Dave, In 3.3 use the BAT tool to export all the phones, then delete them and add them back in from the export.
In older versions you couldn't export them but you could do a search and then copy and past from the resulting web page to notepad/excel, then modify in the BAT tool. Either way it isn't pretty but it is quicker than doing them all by hand.
