How to check drop calls on CCM 3.1

We are experiencing dropped call problems with our system and I wanted to get an idea on how many occur in a day but I do not know how to get that info.

Also, how can I find out what's causing the problem.

You have to check in the Event log of Cisco call Manager for the dropped calls.

I have never seen any dropped call information in the CCM Event Logs. You will see IP phones unregistering (transient connections) but not dropped calls. Do you have CAR installed? I use that to see what the call legs are doing and how long they were established. Try to get the times when the phones are dropping the calls.

Are these drops from IP Phone to IP PHone, IP Phone to PSTN Phone, Both?
