If you are looking to see if your Callmanager was upgrade form 3.1 -> 3.2 -> 3.3 you can check SQL. By looking in SQL you will be able to see the different database present. if you only see a databse name 300 then the Callmanager has never had a major upgrade. if you see a 301 or even a 302 then it has gone through an upgrade.
