How to config CCM to implement blacklist

i have ccm 4.1 and MGCP Voice gateway. so i can't config block profile command on my voice gateway. anyone have another method to implement blacklist?

CCM doesn't look at the calling number to determine routing or other process. you can only modify it (using masks)

unfortunately it's impossible to do it on CCM side.

it's H323 or nothing
