hi everybody, i need configure the general manager phone's with this, when someone call him all his calls must transfer to his secretary, depending who is calling the secretary transfer to his boss again, i use the CFwdALL in the general manager phone's but when the secretary would like to transfer to his boss she can not transfer, because CFwdALL is active. So i thought in use intercom for this solution, but when i configure did not work, please any other solution or maybe use the correct configuration for this situation. Thank in advance.
What about using IPMA with shared line support? The assistant will be able to transfer calls to the manager using consult (asking the manager before transferring the call) or direct transfer (just connect the 2 calls together).
