How to configure the CCC to register the redundant CallManager cluster?
We want to configure the Cisco Conference Connection (1.22) to have the function of registrion to redundant callManager cluster.
Does anyone know how to configure it? i.e. when the active callManager is down, the CCC can still register to the standby CallManager. Something just like the CRS server can have two CTI Managers' configuration.
Re: How to configure the CCC to register the redundant CallManag
The base engine of the CCC is the CRA engine, v2.2. So, the config is the same as CRS server v2.2. Login to AppAdmin, and then in JTAPI sub-section, mention the two CallManager (specifically CTIManager) IP addresses separated by a comma or space. Restart the CRA engine, and that should take care of the redundancy you require.
