How to connection T1 DID line with Cat.6509 W6608 T1 blade ?

We have a DID T1 Trunk line.We want to use RJ45 to connection with W6608 voice T1 blade. T1 DID HTU-R device has two pairs(in).I want to know what the pin number of RJ45 we should link together ?

The standard pairs - 1,2,4,5. Here is the guide for the card:

If you were going to plug the 6608 port directly into the telco smartjack then you would just a standard straight-through cable.

Thanks Dave. It's still can't work.Link LED on Cat.6509 X6608-T1 blade is orange.Our T1 DID line is without D channel.

We got error message for Cat.6509 as below:

SCI XMT FAILURE

SCI HEARTBEAT FAILURE

And HTU-R shown local alarm and T1 alarm.

Does it may cause of x6608 or callManager spec. ?

Is the 6608 port registered to CallManager as a T1 gateway? If you look at show port x/y on the Cat does it show it as a T1 and that it's registered?

If it is registered and you are still getting the orange LED then it sounds like a physical layer problem.
