How to disable completely tone on hold with CCM 3.2 (2c)
My customer does not want any MOH or tone on hold especially when they put a call on hold during a conference call. In the service parameters "Tone on connect" is set to "false" and "Tone on Hold Time" is set to "0". So users still hear a single tone before the count of 100,000 seconds to send the other tone starts. With CCM 3.2 how can I disable the tone on hold???

I'm afraid you might have to "fool" the phones to get that done. You can use a sound editing tool to create a few minutes of "silence" in a WAV file and give that to CallManager to use as a hold music source. Or, if your phones and gateways are not in the same subnet as CallManager, you could give them a multicast MOH source but set that source's TTL to 1, so the devices never receive the MOH and the result will be silence.
