How to do it works Web Attendant and Active Directory

Hi, Everyone

How do we integrate Web Attendant and Active Directory?

We have CM 3.2(2c) with AD plug in, it is working, but we can't see the users in the Web attendant console.

I think your problem ist the same like my i had with AC.

The Attendant couldnt show the linestate because the callmanger knows no phone with a other number as his lineextension. With AD you most have a full phonenumber.And CCM dos´nt know it as a phone.

I solve the same problem with Attendant COnsole.

I made a copy from the autogenerated file , cleared all Phone entrys without

the extensions and write the path to this file in the setup entrys of thje Attendant console software.
