How do I find out the Cisco OS Level on my CCM3.3 server

Re: How to find out OS level on CCM server

In C: drive there should be a folder called Utils which has an exe file named MCOSVer.exe. Double click that to find the version, and any applicable OS patches applied. Base versions may look like 2000.2.4 or similar.

On the standard installation of the CallManager you have the "Cisco OS Version" icon in your Start menu. If you accidentaly deleted this icon, you may create another one pointing to the file "c:\utils\MCSVer.exe".

Good luck,

Mike
