If company A and B both have internal 4 digit extensions on their phones how can I prefix their internal extension with their full 7 digit number when they call each other ?

Re: How to prefix internal number when two companies share CCM

If you dont want the companies to call each other on net then you would have the companies in different partitions.I will assume there number ranges are different.

If company A 4 digit exts are 4XXX create a route pattern 4XXX and prefix digits outgoing calls with 9955 or wahtever ther number is .When company B Dials company A the call will get go out the PSTN this pattern is associated with A pstn gateway/routelist.

Thats one way.
