how to retrieve the busy call from unity?

If the number of Busy triggr is set to 2 in one line, when I respond the two call simultaneously, the system will prompt the third incoming call busy tone.How to change the busy tone to some customized prompt,for example "Sorry ,I'm sorry now ,please wait" following with music, and after I finished one line ,I can retrieve the busy call again? I know I can follow the busy call to voicemail and set busy prompt in unity. But can the unity transfers the busy call to callmanage again and the user retrieve the busy call ?

you can problably setup an IVR/IPCC script(s) to hold the call until the line is available. (quite a task for the simple need)

(or simply increase the number of calls from 2 and the busyTrigger accordingly)

other than that, ccm/unity will not hold a call until a line is free. it must do what the phone config CFWB is set too. (this does not provide a queue to hold calls, as IPCC can)
