How do I select calls from the cdr for all calls that have been made. I am having trouble because there are more than one record for each call. Is there some unique identifier that can be used to get the right count of calls that have been made.
My purpose is to see how much load there is for any given time.
Try using ART (or whatever the new name is!)....you can generate reports on calls made, received, transferred, etc.. I personally use it to monitor the amount of calls coming in thru each of the gateway interfaces, and to monitor voice mail utilization.
