How to set a timeout for the Execute object

I want to push a message to IP phone and then want the message to disappear from the display after a certain time.

How can it be done.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: How to set a timeout for the Execute object

Include a refresh header within the http

example

refresh:5:InitServices

This will after 5 seconds refresh the screen to the initservices uri

Could you tell me how you are 'pushing' the message? I would like to send text messages to several IP phones but I dont know how to do it.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Re: How to set a timeout for the Execute object

hi Shyama,

I'm also trying to push a message to a phone using the CiscoIPPhoneExecute object and I'm also using LWP::UserAgent in Perl. However, I have not been successful in pushing the message to the phone. If possible can you show bits of the code you used to achieve this, or explain more in detail the logic flow of the statements so I can see if I'm doing anything wrong?

Thanks!
