If you have more than one TUI language installed and active on the SA's configuration pages then the subscriber's conversation page will include those languages in the "Language" drop down list - this sets what language the subscriber hears when they call into the system to check messages. The "Messages" page for subscribers in the SA lets you set the language that outside callers get when they access this subscriber (these are normally the same but sometimes not).
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
