I would like to syncronice my adress book of my Outlook Express with my Cisco IP Phone. Can I do it or something seemed?. My final idea is to dial phone numbers from Outlook Express.

Follow the following steps from C:\Program Files\Cisco - ciscotsp.txt file:
For Windows XP:
From Control Panel execute the "Add Hardware" utility. Click the
"Next" button. Select "Yes, I have already connected the hardware"
Radio button. Click Next. Select "Add a new Hardware device" from the list.
Click the "Next" button. Select "Install the hardware that I manually
select from a list" radio button. Click the "Next" button. Select
"Sound, video and game controller" when prompted for hardware type.
Click the "Next" button. Click the "Have Disk" button when prompted
to "Select a Device Driver". Click the "Browse" button on the
"Install from Disk" window. Browse to
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Wave Drivers and select the file "OEMSETUP".
Click "Open" to install the Cisco Wave Driver and select OK.
Highlight the "Cisco TAPI Wave Driver" in Select a Device Driver window
and select 'Next'. Select 'Next' in "Start Hardware Installation" window.
If Prompted for "Digital signature Not Found" click on "Continue Anyway"
button.
When prompted for "Install from disk 1" for file avaudio32.dll, choose
Browse button and select path "C:\Program Files\Cisco\Wave Drivers"
and click Open to install the avaudio32.dll.
When prompted to reboot your machine, do so.

There is another posting for this in the forums if you search on it. He explains how to set this up. Basically, you need to have the TSP install on your computer to connect to CCM to then dial.
But also, you can use this free tool:

works pretty well!

Carlos:
You need to use the free registration option in the left column, then login after your password is sent. The download will be visible after authenticating.

Ok, I did it yet.
But know I saw this document: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_configuration_example09186a008017902d.shtml and it seems easy but in the part when I have to select my phone in the dialing properties it doesn't appear.
I use CCM 4.1 and Microsoft Outlook 2003
