http 500 internal server error unable to open CCM admin page

When i install CCM 4.1.2 the admin page was opening without having any problems. Eventually CCM admin page is not opening.

are there any proxies blocking this ? hope you are able to reach the server ? you need to open the page over https, it normally does not open through http...

How do i check the proxies?

I can see there is red error icon on IISAdmin.
