I am getting the above error when I attempt to open the CDR Analysis and Reporting page.
Servlet Logon.class is currently unavailable
The requested service (Servlet Logon.class is currently unavailable) is not currently available.
CCM 4.1.3sr1.
I restarted Tomcat service, but that did not help, any ideas?

Hi Chris,
Have seen this before Uninstalling|Delete ART DB and reinstalling ART utility do the trick.

Not a clue!
Does the file exist? On my CM it's in:
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Tomcat\JAAS\classes\com\tagish\auth\test
Other than that I can't see any obvious config files/reg keys/references in classpath or anything that points to it...
