I am running 3.22c and I have a small customer support DID apprearing on three phone 7960's.
All of the first five lines are populated with ext. and lines. The problem is when a call comes in it rings all 3 phones and is answered by one of the 3 users. If a second call comes in it goes to a VM Box. The users want to be able to answer so it does not go to vm. Is there a work around to allow them to answer the first call and the second and the third with out changing their phone so they can keep all their lines.
