Hunting on outbound calls from CCM, 1760 W/FXO to a VG200 with a PRI

I am having a problem when a user dials a local call it routes to a 1760 which has two FXO ports but the next call gets a busy instead of going to the next gateway in the route group which is a VG200 with a PRI.

Hello,

There is a flag in the CM Service Parameter: "Stop Routing On User Busy Flag". If it is set to True, CM will not continue to route the call by hunting through other available gateways in the RouteList/RouteGroup. Try setting it to False.

If this does not fix the problem, we need to look at the CCM trace for a failed call.
