A couple of days ago, Unity stopped working after a reboot. The event viewer had no errors and the services seemed to be running. But UNITY was not really running. There was no voicemail, no Saweb, nothing. After consulting with TAC, we ending up restoring with DIRT using a previous backup of the database. When the system came back it still did not work. The TAC engineer eventually found out that the following registry settings was set to "NO". My question is, how did these settings get set to "NO"? I looked at some backups from previous weeks and they were also set to "NO" but the system continued to work in the meantime. Is there another place to set these?

All the "ComponentstoLoad" were set to "no" or just some of them? There's only one tool that touches these values and that's the MaestroTools.exe which is found in the root of \Commserver. One of the tabs has two windows that lets you move these components to the left (don't load) or the right (load). Any chance someone was plinking around with that guy at some point and got a little wild with the arrow buttons?
The changes don't take effect until restart so if someone changed it and you didn't restart, you wouldn't know it had been updated.
