I can´t trasfer two calls simultaneosly to the same ATA
I have an ATA with H.323 ver. 2.12 and CM 3.1.2. First call transfered is done successfully (any port), while having a conversation at any port and I want to transfer a second call, the telephone start ringing and when the call is attended, a busy tone is generated.
By faxing a document, I get a communications error, fax is enabled at both, ATA and the Cisco's gateway (1750). Faxing speed is 14,400 bps
Re: I can´t trasfer two calls simultaneosly to the same ATA
1) the ATA-186 doesn't support two G.729A calls. The second will fall back to G.711. Is G.711 enabled on the 1750?
2) the ATA-186 doesn't support Fax Relay, which is implemented under the T.38 standard. Because you mentioned the fax rate, this makes me think you are trying to use T.38 on the 1750 (which is ok), while the ATA will support only Fax Bypass. For fax bypass, no speed is configured, since it's transparent. Configure your 1750 to do fax bypass, and you should have success.
