I have some problem with IP to IP gateway

Hi,

I briefly describe my scenario. I have a voice gateway in which are linked some IP phones. Then this router is connected to a SIP proxy that forward the calls to an IP to IP Gateway wich converte the SIP in H323 protocol to transport voice to internet.

Now when I try to call an softphone on my PC from an IP phone behind the voice gateway I don't heard anything and the call goes down.

Seeing the SIP debug I noticed that the IP to IP gateway is not able to create a rtp link because it doesn't know the ip address of Voice gateway.

Do I have to configure anything?

Thanks.

Regards,

Paolo

Can you paste your IPIPGw config ?

Ciao Paolo!

Verify that you have setup your incoming dial-peer SIP and outgoing Dial-peer H323.

MAke sure theres no codec missmatch or if using different XCODER is available. (Configure SRST or CCME in the IPIP GW itself)

This guide may help you.
