outbound calls are fine but inbound has the following problem:
1. When I setup my dial-peers to prefer the pub, all in/out works fine
2. When I change the preference command to prefer the sub, inbound pstn caller keeps hearing ringback AFTER ip phone answers. Ringback continues for 2-4 rings and disconnects. In the meantime, ip phone is dead air but LCD screen shows "Connected." Outbound calls are fine so it's just inbound issue
The 2 dial-peers pointing respectively to pub and sub are basically the same other than the "preference" command so not sure what's going on.
Do you have a firewall between your gateway and ccm? I ran into this issue and the solution was to add the following global command 'ip tcp path-mtu-discovery' to the voice gateway. It seems that for some reason all the H225 packets were fragmented and getting lost traversing the FWSM to the CCM.
