IBM server to MCS server migration

Has anyone done a Call Manager migration from an IBM X342 to MCS server before? Is it straight forward as backing up the database from one server and move it across to the other server or is there compatability issue. Any documents would be appreciated.

There are no issues from a hardware perspective, the stiBackup is application data. Make sure you build the new server at the same rev level with the same patches.
