icd 3.1 historical reporting feature

Scenario:

When a call comes into a route point and activates an application and script, the user is presented with several options (press 1, 2, 3, etc.). Is it possible to generate a report showing the frequency with which each number is selected? For example, how often does a caller select option 1 as opposed to option 2. The CCDR reports on each call-leg, but I don't know if this can be classified as a call-leg.

Thanks

Re: icd 3.1 historical reporting feature

According to the literature, the Call Custom Variables Report allows you to get statistical information based on customVariable1 - 5.

You use the SetSessionInfo step to set one of these to the menu item the caller selected.

Regards,

Geoff
