ICD agent 2.2(4) and screen pops

I am working on an installation where a single callcenter is handling calls for several different companies. Is there a way to notify the agent with this version as to which company 800 number was called on the inbound call to the agent? The agent needs to be able to answer the call according to the DNIS that comes in? Can this be done without going to ICD 3.0?

As far as I know, you can do this only with ver 3.0.

There are ways of doing this.... but it will have to be done by a programer.....
