ICD Agent Logon on Phone

Anyone out there develop an app that would allow the ICD agent to login on an IP phone. I am going to look into this, but if someone out there has already done it, that would be GREAT.

I dont think u can, there is no API for the login in/out for agents

The Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) Server has this capability. THe only problem is it costs you a bomb for the above.

This is a feature of ICD 3.0. (Search Cisco's site for CRS 3.0)

Cisco offers this with ICD 3.0E - you can login directly using services on 7960 or 7940 phones
