ICD and Enterprise data

Hello,

I have ICD 3.03(a) with SpB and Call manager3.3(2c).I have a call handler in unity as 8501 .In this call handler if they pres option 1 it comes to ICD with a route point of 7591.In this there is a option to put 2 entires which should pop up in the enterprise data of the agent desktop.

The problem is when unity transfers the call I cannot see the 2 entires .But if I dial 7591 directly from an IP phone it works fine ie I can see the enterprise date.Does any one know what is the problem .

Hi,

Do you get prompted for those two entries when transferred from Unity CH, and if yes, can you run a debug on the script using Script Editor and check if the variables defined in the script get the values entered by the user.

Try placing a delay of 2 seconds at the start of the script before accepting the call. See if that works.

I am experiencing the same issue. I tried putting the delay in. It seemed to work for a while and then suddenly stopped.
