ICD Desktop Administrator - VoIP monitoring problem

After installation of ICD with some amendment on the registry entries according to Cisco documentation, everything works fine except VoIP silent monitoring. I found that inside the VoIP monitoring of ICD Desktop Administrator, no IP Phones has been detected for VoIP monitoring. Can anyone tell me how does the ICD learn the IP Phone's MAC address ?

And how to fix the above problem ?

For the IP Phones to get listed in Desktop Administrator under VOIP, the phones has to be associated with rmjtapi user. Do try and get back.
