ICD - Not seeing recording icon on supervisor desktop
I'm running CRS 3.0(1)spB with the enhanced version. On my supervisor desktop, I'm able to barge-in, intercept, silent monitoring and more, but I'm unable to record any calls. The problem is I don't have the icons for doing that. There is NO "start recording" and "stop recording" icon besides the monitoring icons at the top of my supervisor desktop. The agent desktop is also running on the supervisor PC as this is a requirement.
