ICD on Eservices

I have loaded the e-services application on a separate MCS-7835 (application server) and I am getting an error message "Unable to login agent due to problems in JTAPI or CM" when I try to log in as an agent. All of my engine subsystems services are In_Service. The directory database (ODBC)is pointed at the publisher (192.168.2.110) and the RM JTAPI provider and JTAPI provider are pointed at the subscriber (192.168.2.111 - primary call manager). Everything seems to be configured correctly. Any suggestions?

Re: ICD on Eservices

I encountered that kind of error too. What I did was I associate all my ICD phone(IP Phone of all agents) to the RM JTAPI user. After I configured that all my ICD agents can login to their respective station.

I hope this Idea can help.
