ICD Postdial capability

Does the ICD have any ability to feed postdial digits on a call redirect and/or a call place? Callers currently dial '*XXXX' from the ICD AA to reach a voice mailbox directly to leave a message. If they are an internal user, they would like to dial '*' only, then get the Unity prompt to enter their ID/Pasword, as if they had dialed directly in to voice mail. Right now, they have to dial '*XXXX', then '*', then XXXX a second time. I cannot find a way to get the ICD to feed a '*' as a postdial digit to Unity, so the closest I have come is to put a short timeout on the '*' option in the ICD, then redrrect to the VM pilot. They would then have to enter '*' a second time. Not catastrophic, but I would like to make the process transparent if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

You can change the scripting as you wish to accomodate your requirements. For further guidance, you could take the help of the developers support.
