I am having problems with ICD starting correctly. When I boot the server (which has CallManager,IPIVR, and ICD on it). The IPIVR subsystems are "in service". If I stop and start the engine, it just says unavailable. When I go to the event viewer I get a ton of DC Directory errors that say "An LDAP client has issued a request specifying acontrol which is not supported" I am at a loss. Thanks

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, its often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

I am having this same exact problem. The error "An LDAP client has issued a request specifying acontrol which is not supported" is in the Event Viewer on my Call Manager. This problem is really pissing me off.
