Referencing the eServices administration guide,I am trying to install ICD. In the instructions it refers
to adding a user in call manager and adding the ICD agent extention to the ICD agent extension field (withing "adding a new user" in CCM.) Refer to 6-2 of the eServices administrator's guide.
Where the heck is this field? I do not see it anywhere when adding a new user....This is new stuff so if anyone out there can give me a hand...I would really appreciate it!

I know this is a little out-of-date but I am interested knowing more about the configuration of ICD as I am facing problems in configuration of it. Could not find your response for the above question in the IP Telephony forum.
